The signature rooms each represent a decade in South Africa's history. We stayed in 1976 - 1986. It must be the only hotel room in the world with a camera obscura. Loved the room; loved the proximity to The Bioscope (saw Super Fly

Location of the city centre and Lebo at reception is great!

On my last mornign there was not running water, and the receptionist was not yet in, and the security guards had no idea of what to do in this instance.

The value for money was great and the room was spacious and well-designed. The location had a vibrant street vibe with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.
